From humble beginnings as a real estate agent in 1993, Simon rapidly leveraged his marketing skills to become a national top producing agent. Transitioning to management and development of others, he became a managing broker of numerous firms from 2005 to 2011. Successfully building multiple brands to success in the competitive Northern Virginia real estate market. During the same time period, Simon was also engaged either as a consultant or strategy manager, by real estate related technology companies such as, Zillow, CondoDomain, and Vast. While his titles have changed, his focus hasn’t. The singular purpose of every role was to “drive growth and success” in each business with which he engaged.While strategy can be taught, some individuals simply think strategically all the time. As an INTJ, commonly referred to as the “Architect personality type” in the realm of Myers-Briggs personality testing, strategy and linking complex and seemingly unrelated pieces of any business model, into a solid executable success strategy is, in Simon’s own words, “…pretty similar to breathing.
